Celebrate the holidays with a French flair with this festive Joyeux Noel holiday banner. Roughly translated as "Merry Christmas", this banner is made using natural tan burlap with your choice of graphic center pennant (Fleur de Lis or Snowflake). Hand-stenciled cream letters and natural jute twine blend for a subtle and warm country feel.
Pennants measure approximately 3" x 4" each and are strung on natural twine.
Banner length overall is approx. 36" with a generous length of twine for hanging.
The edges of each pennant are treated so the edges will resist fraying.
